By purchasing or downloading any Aternis product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent before purchasing.
Each purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license for the duration specified at checkout. You may not:
Due to the digital nature of the product and instant delivery of license keys and download links, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a license key has been delivered, regardless of whether the software has been used.
In the event of a provably defective product (e.g., a key that was never valid), contact support within 24 hours of purchase for a replacement.
The use of third-party software in online games may violate the terms of service of those games and could result in account bans or other penalties. Aternis is not responsible for any bans, account actions, data loss, or other consequences resulting from the use of our products. You use this software entirely at your own risk.
We strive to keep products updated and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Detection events, game updates, or other circumstances may temporarily or permanently affect product functionality. No refunds or compensation will be issued for downtime periods.
You are solely responsible for keeping your license key and customer portal credentials secure. Do not share your key with anyone. If your key is shared or leaked, your license may be revoked without a refund. Report compromised keys to support immediately.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute after receiving your product is considered fraud. Any customer found doing so will be permanently banned from Aternis services and may be reported to the relevant payment processor for investigation.
All support is handled via our Discord server or the customer portal. We aim to respond to all inquiries within a few hours. By joining the Discord or using the portal, you agree to follow all community rules and conduct guidelines.
